• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or related fields. • Proven experience in the role and in the auto parts sector, with deep knowledge of products, customers and competitors, including experience with major/key accounts. • Advanced knowledge of management and analysis tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel for calculations and analysis), Power BI (for dashboards and reporting), CRM and ERP systems. • Metrics management and calculation skills: Ability to monitor performance indicators, perform calculations and analyses to track sales and guide the strategic direction of the team. • Valid driver’s license (Category B). • Willingness to travel. • Results-oriented with resilience under pressure. • Strategic mindset and 360-degree business vision. • Customer-centric with strong relationship-building skills. • Organized and detail-oriented.
