• Follow Account Management processes • Communicate with some of the biggest and most innovative brands in the world • Generate upsell revenue from existing client portfolios and ensure growth • Ensure retention of your and the team-owned accounts • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, including Ad Operations, Sales, Product & Creative teams, as well as Management teams • Plan and prepare business proposals & media plans for prospective and existing clients • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
• At least 2 years of experience in programmatic or digital channel (Google/Facebook/YouTube ads) planning. • Tech-savviness and a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Polish would be considered an advantage. • Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, set and reach ambitious goals. • Sharing Eskimi values - growth, initiative & drive, and a high sense of ownership.
