📋 Description

• Strengthen Ultrapolymers’ market position in West Poland by managing strategic accounts • Drive sustainable growth through customer partnerships • Act as a trusted advisor delivering innovative technical plastics solutions • Identify new opportunities and negotiate agreements • Support customers with technical expertise to maximize satisfaction • Achieve sales targets and report results in CRM • Monitor market trends and industry developments • Participate in product trainings, trade fairs, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• University degree (preferably technical or chemical fields) • Several years of experience in technical plastics sales • Fluent in English (daily communication with suppliers and headquarters) • Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented, proactive • Willingness to travel, valid driving license (category B)
