📋 Description

• Work directly on the development and maintenance of user interfaces for Eskolare's products; • Apply software engineering principles to analyze problems, propose solutions, and develop new features; • Plan, develop, and execute software projects according to schedule, taking into account deadlines, resource use, and adherence to business requirements; • Create technical specifications based on requirements elicited from internal and external stakeholders; • Implement well-structured, secure, scalable, high-performance, and testable code; • Ensure adequate technical documentation for developed solutions; • Monitor application performance and perform preventive maintenance; • Develop new features and products together with the team; • Perform continuous system maintenance, fixing bugs and delivering improvements; • Participate in prototyping, design, and user interface layout before development; • Research, validate, and implement new technologies, frameworks, libraries, and tools; • Keep libraries, dependencies, and packages up to date; • Provide technical support to internal teams and clients for configuration, customization, and troubleshooting; • Review and test new implementations, ensuring quality and compliance with technical standards; • Participate in code reviews, proposing improvements and sharing best practices; • Participate in the process of updating and maintaining production and continuous integration environments; • Conduct interviews and meetings with clients to gather requirements and collect feedback; • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for products and features developed.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development; • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Git/GitHub; • Advanced experience with React, Next.js, and Node.js; • Familiarity with libraries and tools such as Mantine, Material UI, Formik, Redux, SWR, and Webpack; • Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, Vercel, and AWS; • Fundamentals of design, UX/UI, prototyping and Adobe tools or similar; • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle; • Excellent communication skills, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
