📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority IDNs and health systems • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-Suite and pharmacy leadership • Identify opportunities to improve IDN and hospital patient access • Collaborate with sales, medical affairs, and market access teams • Track and analyze account performance metrics • Ensure compliance with corporate policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Preferred degree in sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Kinesiology, Pre-med, or other STEM background) • 5 years pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience • 3+ years in a key account management or IDN engagement role • Proven track record of consistent high performance engaging complex health systems • Knowledge of cardiovascular and heart failure marketplace preferred • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to travel up to 30% including overnight stays
