• Manage a portfolio of distributor accounts, executing commercial plans, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and growth initiatives • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, customer engagement, and market development • Build strong relationships with distributors and end users through regular interactions, joint visits, issue resolution, and support • Lead negotiations on trade agreements, commercial conditions, product assortments, and margin optimization opportunities • Train, coach, and support distributor sales teams through collaboration, product education, and joint selling activities • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and ensure effective execution of pricing, promotions, distribution, and service commitments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or commercial roles • Strong analytical and commercial skills with experience using sales data, performance metrics, and structured sales processes • Fluent in English
