📋 Description

• Understand clients' processes, needs, and objectives, translating them into clear requirements for the development team. • Create and detail epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Organize, prioritize, and manage project backlogs. • Lead refinement sessions and support the team during the execution of tasks. • Plan and monitor schedules, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential impacts on deliveries. • Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the technical team, facilitating alignment meetings, negotiations, and expectation management. • Track metrics, results, and project progress. • Remove impediments and support problem resolution that could jeopardize deliveries. • Promote transparency and maintain continuous communication with stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in similar roles. • Experience in software development projects. • Experience in requirements elicitation and specification. • Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and prioritization of tasks. • Experience in planning and tracking deliveries. • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Experience with management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar. • Understanding of integrations, APIs, and system logic. • Familiarity with metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking. • Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance productivity and quality.
