• Source, manage, and close new business deals • Clearly communicate the value of Ethena and demonstrate how our products can address prospects’ pain points • Foster strong relationships through deep understanding of your customers’ needs • Multithread effectively to create champions across multiple teams • Keep a tight, organized pipeline; Be on top of deal stage movement and maintain accurate forecasts in Salesforce • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas • Travel a few times per year to attend key events and meet with prospects in person
• Experience in SaaS full-cycle sales, particularly in complex, non-transactional deals on small, high-growth teams • Track record of surpassing sales quotas and excelling in new business acquisition • Proven ability to manage pipeline proactively, advancing deals through each stage • Excellent communication and relationship management skills • Curiosity about new technology and an ability to connect it to business impact • Proactive, self-led, and hungry to make an impact • Builder mentality - you improve the playbook, not just run it • Proficient in Salesforce and sales automation tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Gong, etc.) • Aligned with Ethena’s mission, with a passion for learning and growth
