• Learn and apply our predictive modelling protocols to client campaigns to minimize risk and proactively shape campaigns for success • Lead the development of strategic paid media campaigns, aligning them with client goals to deliver high-impact results • Drive continuous optimization, managing and enhancing campaigns across platforms to maximize client ROI • Consult with clients and teams to ensure paid media efforts integrate with broader marketing strategies • Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments, sharing expertise and fostering a high-performing team environment • Monitor and report on KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preferred) • 4+ years of relevant experience managing paid media campaigns, including at least 2 years in an agency setting • Skilled in full-funnel account management across PPC, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels • Solid technical foundation, with expertise in Unbounce, PPC Management Software, SpyFu, Excel, Ahrefs, and certifications in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Meta • Exceptional communication and organization skills • Enjoys mentoring junior team members • Familiarity with HIPAA is a plus
