📋 Description

• Supports the Account Manager in managing project risks, stakeholders, cost, schedule and scope • Carries out activities to deliver the scope and supports project consultants, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met • Manages ranking processes, assessment exercises, interviews, deliberations and feedback sessions online and/or in person • Records and updates project information in the management tools/systems officially used by Eureca • Prepares and presents project status and performance reports, providing visibility on progress, any deviations, and developing action plans together with the client • Contributes to process standardization, best practices and continuous improvement of recruitment operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing end-to-end projects • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK) and Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) • Knowledge of data management • Advanced Excel • Leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to make quick decisions, results-oriented and organized • Knowledge and/or experience in risk management and continuous improvement • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) — a plus • Experience in Recruitment and Selection — a plus
