📋 Description

• In a 6-month program you will train alongside other prospective customer service representatives to ensure safety, cleanliness, passenger information and approachability on board the train • The training begins with a comprehensive theoretical phase covering basics of public transport & regional rail, railway operations, technical topics, fares and much more – no prior knowledge required • Upon successful completion of the qualification and after the selection process, you will start with us as a customer service representative

🎯 Requirements

• You are at least 18 years old, currently not employed and are looking for a position with long-term prospects • Career changers from hospitality, hotels, retail, or similar fields are warmly welcome, as are graduates or individuals without formal vocational training but with strong motivation • Your German is at least at a good level (B2 or higher)
