• Develop and implement the strategic and tactical plan for the products under your responsibility, ensuring sustainable growth and gains in market share; • Lead the full product management cycle (market analysis, forecast, promotional plan, campaigns, KPI monitoring, sell-in/sell-out, and budget management); • Prepare and execute product launch and repositioning plans; • Conduct market, competitor and trend analyses, translating data into actionable strategies; • Manage the product line budget, ensuring optimized investment and ROI; • Develop promotional materials and campaigns in compliance with regulatory requirements; • Collaborate closely with teams such as Sales, Medical, Regulatory Affairs, Supply and Training; • Support the sales force with strategic training, guidance and regular cycle meetings; • Build relationships with KOLs and key stakeholders within the specialty; • Plan and oversee participation in medical events of various sizes (national and regional congresses, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Advertising/Publicity or related fields; • Postgraduate degree/MBA preferred; • Proven experience managing product(s) for gastroenterology (prescription medications); • English language skills are a plus.
