📋 Description

• Strategic management of client portfolios • Client retention and reactivation • Prospecting and development of new business • Development and execution of commercial strategies • Market analysis and identification of opportunities • Relationship management with internal and external clients • Monitoring performance and portfolio quality indicators • Participation in committees and strategic meetings • Achievement of financial and commercial targets • Maintain portfolio quality and client satisfaction • Efficient management of risk and delinquency • Collaboration with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the FIDC market and its products • Expertise in portfolio management and business development • Knowledge of credit analysis and risk management • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office • Broad understanding of commercial and operational processes • Strong results orientation • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build relationships (networking) that convert into results and business • Proactivity and dynamism in seeking solutions • Exemplary ethical and professional conduct • Experience in the FIDC market (mandatory) • Active client portfolio • Ability to design and execute effective negotiation strategies • Experience in negotiation techniques, consultative selling, and business development • Understanding of risk and credit granting policies, including scoring methodologies
