📋 Description
• Act as Local PV Responsible to Brazilian Health Authorities. • Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports. • Ensure the Pharmacovigilance Management System for Brazil is well established. • Serve as technical and strategic business partner for pharmacovigilance. • Monitor key performance indicators and conduct regular compliance assessments. • Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency of the pharmacovigilance unit.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in pharmaceutical sciences, medical science or related field. • Previous experience with pharmacovigilance and the ability to manage complex safety operations. • Previous supervisory or management experience, with demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams. • Advanced knowledge of Brazilian health regulations and pharmacovigilance requirements. • Proficiency in both written and verbal English to collaborate effectively with global teams. • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities. • Knowledge in therapeutic areas and/or biotech products relevant to Novo Nordisk.
