📋 Description

• Process invoices, employee expenses, and credit card statements • Handle supplier queries and payments • Cleanse supplier balances, including aged creditors and debit balances • Perform intercompany reconciliation for the German scope • Participate in month-end closing activities • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures • Create and update process documentation • Prepare documentation for audits • Participate in projects to improve existing processes • Cooperate with other departments, company units, and trading partners • Participate in knowledge-transfer projects from other European company locations

🎯 Requirements

• At least a bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Experience in finance is an asset, particularly within BPO/SSC • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel • Very good English skills • Diligence and reliability • Good organizational skills • Ability to work in a team • Willingness to develop in an international company • Energy and drive to succeed
