📋 Description

‱ Identify, pursue, and secure high-value, long-term strategic partnerships ‱ Drive outbound prospecting efforts through modern sales channels ‱ Lead presentations and high-level, consultative discussions with C-suite executives ‱ Quarterback the entire sales process from initial contact to closing ‱ Partner closely with Onboarding and Operations teams for post-close transition ‱ Provide continuous feedback to leadership on market trends

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated success in an outside business development or strategic sales role ‱ Deep understanding of multi-modal freight management ‱ Proven ability to shift the conversation from transactional rate-shopping to strategic partnership ‱ Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills ‱ Proficient in leveraging modern sales enablement tools ‱ Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter
