📋 Description

• Own early-stage opportunity development • Proactively develop and maintain a target account and stakeholder list across mid-market and large enterprises • Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects and partners • Support executive-level selling by preparing, coordinating, and following up on prospect and client meetings • Represent Scheer Americas at industry conferences, marketing events, webinars, webcasts, and partner events

🎯 Requirements

• Strong passion for business development and consultative selling • Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition within consulting, IT services, enterprise software, or business transformation domains • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
