📋 Description

• Investigate product opportunities and analyze user behavior • Prototype solutions using AI • Contribute code using AI-assisted coding tools • Open pull requests and work with internal tools • Launch experiments, measure results, and iterate on production features • Own product work end to end with minimal handoffs • Identify high-value opportunities and design focused experiments • Define success metrics before building and analyze outcomes after launch • Partner with the Co-founder and CTO, designers, and engineers on priority projects • Communicate progress and decisions to relevant stakeholders • Surface blockers quickly, challenge assumptions, and find alternative paths forward • Help scale the AI companionship platform from over 50 million users toward 100 million and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• Personally built and shipped a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools • Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding tools are part of everyday work • Experience using metrics to guide product decisions • Experience with A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research • Actively experiment with new AI tools and techniques independently • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes • Clear communication and direct collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders • Fully fluent in English • Strong attention to product quality, usefulness, intuitiveness, and engagement • Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content • Design fluency sufficient to prompt a usable UI independently (bonus) • Experience at a fast-scaling D2C/consumer tech company or scale-up (bonus) • Experience with consumer-facing features (bonus) • Experience in Entertainment, Avatars, Gaming, or high-touch media (bonus) • Willing and able to work under a B2B contract arrangement in the country of residence
