• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and partnerships • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with key decision-makers • Manage the pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting • Collaborate with marketing to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation strategies • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform growth strategies • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer success • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed
• 3–7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in SaaS or technology) • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Strong prospecting and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively • Experience managing lead generation to demo • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
