📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across portfolio companies in France • Shape HR direction in line with business priorities • Lead organisational design and workforce planning • Oversee restructures, transformation projects, cultural change initiatives, and M&A integrations • Manage escalations of high-risk employee relations cases and senior-level disputes and legal matters • Partner with senior leadership to deliver HR strategies supporting growth, culture, and organisational effectiveness • Provide expert HR advice to senior stakeholders • Embed succession processes and guide leadership teams in identifying, developing, and retaining key talent • Use people analytics to identify trends, measure HR impact, and support data-led decisions • Ensure HR policies, frameworks, and practices comply with legal requirements • Lead, mentor, and develop the HRBP team • Bridge business needs and global HR CoE programs

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in senior HR business partnering or strategic HR leadership roles • Proven experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and leading transformation/change initiatives • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing HR teams • Proficiency in people analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights • Stakeholder management and influencing skills • HR Certification strongly preferred • Experience with Workday desirable • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (C2) and English (C1 or C2) • Experience in financial services, professional services, or comparable complex corporate/scale up environments • Legally authorised to work in France
