📋 Description

• Act in a consultative capacity to connect client needs with the capabilities of our software, structuring the end-to-end solution (vision, components, integrations, and impacts). • Conduct requirements elicitation and analysis focusing on functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, availability, scalability, traceability, auditability, and compliance). • Define and maintain the reference architecture for the evolution of our core transactional ERPs for the financial market, guiding design decisions and technical prioritization. • Lead architecture governance: solution evaluations, review of technical proposals, approval of standards, risk mitigation, and management of dependencies across teams/systems. • Produce and maintain architecture artifacts: diagrams (e.g., C4), flow diagrams, integration matrices, interface/contract specifications, and ADRs (Architecture Decision Records). • Build and evolve the architectural roadmap, identifying opportunities for modernization, complexity reduction, improved resilience, and operational efficiency. • Support engineering and product teams with architectural criteria, technical guidance, and definition of integration and deployment strategies (no specific 'must' stack required). • Work in alignment with partner areas (Product, Engineering, Security, Operations/Infrastructure, Customer Success/Implementation) to ensure delivery quality and predictability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher. • Certifications are welcome (not required), provided they demonstrate expertise in architecture, cloud, security, or governance. • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect / Specialist (or equivalent role), leading decisions and governance in complex environments. • Strong analytical and requirements engineering skills, including running workshops, problem decomposition, documentation, and negotiating trade-offs. • Experience with transactional systems architecture (high criticality, consistency, auditing, traceability, and data integrity). • Experience with system integrations (APIs, messaging/events, batch/ETL where applicable), with focus on versioning, contracts, observability, and resilience. • Solid knowledge of architectural best practices: separation of concerns, modularity, integration patterns, security by design, and observability. • Ability to influence and align multiple stakeholders (client, business, and engineering), with clear communication and decision-oriented approach. • Prior experience with ERPs and/or transactional core systems in the financial sector. • Experience with formal architecture governance (committees, corporate standards, evaluation/acceptance processes). • Experience in legacy modernization and building evolution roadmaps (reducing technical debt and increasing scalability). • Familiarity with security practices, LGPD (Brazilian data protection law), and regulatory requirements applicable to financial systems.
