📋 Description

• Operational implementation of new products following product approval • Forecasting and demand planning for core products and launches • Preparation of reorders in coordination with the Co-Founder & Brand • Ensuring product availability • Management of inventory levels, stock cover and capital tied up • Ensuring operational launch readiness • Operational management of existing manufacturers and suppliers • Ensuring delivery capability, quality and timelines • Management of lead times, minimum order quantities and production planning • Escalation management for delays or quality issues • Building and further developing the central Product Operations system • Maintenance and enhancement of ERP, dashboard and KPI systems • Identifying and implementing automation potential • Developing and automating workflows with a focus on AI-supported processes • Reducing manual tasks through systems and AI agents • Creating transparency around inventory, forecasts, product availability and risks • Preparing the monthly Product Operations reporting • Building a reliable data foundation for operational decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in operations, product operations or comparable roles • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to navigate unstructured environments • Strong process understanding • Hands-on mentality • High personal responsibility and ownership • Affinity for AI tools and automation, with active use in daily work • Experience with inventory management or ERP systems (nice-to-have) • Amazon or e-commerce experience (nice-to-have) • Notion expertise (nice-to-have) • Forecasting and data analysis (nice-to-have)
