📋 Description
• Lead multiple delivery pods across AI, Data Engineering, and Analytics projects • Own sprint planning, backlog management, delivery quality, and execution • Track project risks, dependencies, and escalations • Ensure successful execution of project milestones and SOW commitments • Manage AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, Scrum Leads, and Technical Leads • Review solution architecture and technical designs • Participate in discovery workshops and solution discussions • Provide delivery updates to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• 12–20 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, AI, or Enterprise Technology • Minimum 5 years leading engineering or delivery teams • Experience delivering enterprise AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Cloud projects • Strong client-facing consulting or professional services experience • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments • AI / Machine Learning Generative AI, LLMs & RAG • Data Engineering & Data Pipelines • Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • MLOps / DevOps • Technical Architecture • Agile / Scrum Delivery
