📋 Description

• lead and manage front-end engineering teams to deliver high-quality web applications • define and drive front-end architecture strategy using Angular or React and Microfrontend architecture • collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • build and promote reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design standards across teams • oversee the implementation of modular, independently deployable front-end applications • ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, performance optimization, and accessibility • guide teams in CI/CD implementation, release management, and DevOps integration for front-end applications • conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentor engineering managers, team leads, and developers • drive engineering excellence through agile methodologies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement • support hiring, onboarding, team development, and capability building within the front-end organization • work with stakeholders to prioritize roadmap items and ensure on-time delivery of projects • stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in software development, with strong focus on front-end engineering • 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership or people management roles • Strong hands-on experience with Angular and/or React • Proven experience designing and implementing Microfrontend architecture in enterprise applications • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles • Experience with component-driven development and modern front-end build tools • Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integration, authentication, and web security best practices • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of performance tuning, browser compatibility, and accessibility standards • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
