📋 Description

• Lead and manage front-end engineering teams to deliver high-quality web applications • Define and drive front-end architecture strategy using Angular or React and Microfrontend architecture • Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and backend teams • Build and promote reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design standards across teams • Oversee implementation of modular, independently deployable front-end applications • Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, performance optimization, and accessibility • Guide teams in CI/CD implementation, release management, and DevOps integration for front-end applications • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentor engineering managers, team leads, and developers • Drive engineering excellence through agile methodologies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 10+ years of experience in software development, focusing on front-end engineering • 3+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience • Strong hands-on experience with Angular and/or React • Experience designing and implementing Microfrontend architecture in enterprise applications • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles • Experience with component-driven development and modern front-end build tools • Strong understanding of REST APIs, API integration, authentication, and web security best practices • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
