📋 Description

• Provide functional and/or techno-functional support for recruitment and onboarding systems, preferably Avature • Configure recruitment system workflows, business processes, fields, forms, notifications, integrations, and other system components • Gather business requirements from HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other stakeholders • Analyze existing recruitment processes and identify system and process improvement opportunities • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations • Configure, test, and implement platform changes and enhancements • Provide BAU support, including issue investigation, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution • Implement new features, enhancements, and functionality • Support system upgrades, releases, patches, and other application changes • Develop and execute test scenarios and test cases • Drive regression testing • Coordinate with technical teams and IT vendors on issue resolution, enhancements, and system development • Monitor system performance and identify recurring issues or process gaps • Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, and user guides • Support end users and HR/Talent Acquisition teams with system-related queries • Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes align with business requirements and established HR practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience • Proven experience working with Avature Recruitment System or a similar recruitment platform • Strong experience configuring recruitment systems such as Avature, Oracle Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Oracle Recruiting • Strong functional and/or techno-functional knowledge of Recruitment and Onboarding modules • Hands-on experience with recruitment system configuration and implementation • Strong understanding of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and HR business processes • Experience in application support, troubleshooting, and BAU operations • Strong knowledge of system testing, regression testing, and implementation processes • Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, process mapping, and functional documentation • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to collaborate with HR, IT teams, business users, and external technology vendors • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Immediate joiner availability
