📋 Description

• Translate annual and quarterly goals into concrete actions, milestones and checklists • Develop KPI dashboards and report regularly to management and team leads • Manage operational workflows within the agency and, when needed, in Finance and People Ops • Introduce new automations using Make and n8n and coordinate their implementation with an allocated team • Build and maintain SOPs and ClickUp workflows for core processes together with the respective teams • Operate the OKR system in day-to-day work, including reminders, check-ins and dashboards • Identify bottlenecks in daily operations together with team leads and resolve them at the root cause • Act as the interface between all six specialist departments • Learn the workflows of the six departments within the first two months and take ownership of the goal system in daily operations • Medium-term: take independent responsibility for processes, automations and Finance and People Ops workflows • Long-term: further develop systems, automations, the process landscape and KPI landscape or grow into a Head of Operations role

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project and process management, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana • Basic knowledge of automation tools such as Make or n8n • Analytical and systems thinking • Basic controlling/financial controlling knowledge • Excellent self-organization for 100% remote work • Clear, structured communication internally and externally • Ability to collaborate with team leads on processes as an equal without direct managerial authority • Confident use of Google Sheets and Excel for analyses and data structures • Strong affinity for AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude • Willingness to work in a detail- and process-oriented way in day-to-day operations • Experience in process management is required
