📋 Description

• Responsible for the operational management of the internal IT department • Ensure reliable operation of the office IT infrastructure and Microsoft-based work environment • Analyze technical root causes and actively support the implementation of solutions • Structure, prioritize and execute IT projects with internal stakeholders and external service providers • Manage external IT vendors and align services, responsibilities and technical decisions • Develop IT support into a structured service model • Design and further develop Jira Service Management as the central platform for requests and support • Establish and maintain processes, responsibilities and evidence for IT and information security audits and certifications • Work with a small team and grow into a leadership role

🎯 Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience operating and evolving modern IT environments • Experience with Microsoft-based enterprise environments • Understanding of building secure and scalable IT in a growing company • Ability to structure IT projects, set priorities and coordinate tasks, stakeholders and dependencies • Confident assessment of technical solution approaches • Pragmatic, analytical and execution-oriented approach to incident management • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune • Experience working with external IT service providers • Ability to critically evaluate technical recommendations • Initial experience in mentoring or guiding colleagues is helpful but not required • Willingness to take on responsibility and develop into a leadership role • Strong command of German and English • Confident communication with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
