📋 Description

• Translate annual and quarterly goals into concrete actions, milestones, and checklists • Manage operational workflows within the agency and, where needed, across Finance and People Operations • Introduce new automations and processes using Claude, Make, and n8n • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and overviews • Manage the day-to-day operation of the OKR system, including check-ins and reminders • Analyze bottlenecks together with team leads and resolve them sustainably • Work as an equal partner with team leads across all six departments, without direct disciplinary responsibility • Decide which automations will be implemented by the AI and Process Team • Support reporting to the executive team • Independently develop processes and automations further

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in project-based work or process management, ideally in an agency or e-commerce environment • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp or Asana • Understanding of automation tools such as Make or n8n • Analytical and systems-oriented thinking, with a basic understanding of controlling and performance management • Clear, structured communication both internally and externally • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel • Strong affinity for AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT • Excellent self-organization • Willingness to work fully remotely
