📋 Description

• Serve as a Product Manager on an international HR/HCM transformation program • Define the product vision and evolution • Connect business, HR, technology, implementation teams, and global stakeholders • Translate business needs into priorities, requirements, and value-driven deliverables • Manage the backlog and roadmap • Partner with international teams • Work in alignment with the Netherlands time zone (CET/CEST)

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role within complex corporate environments and global projects • Experience with HR/HCM/HRIS products, platforms, or processes • Experience managing backlogs and roadmaps and translating business needs into technology deliverables • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Advanced/fluent English • Availability to work in alignment with the Netherlands time zone (CET/CEST) • Experience with Workday HCM and global HR transformation programs is a plus • Knowledge of HR processes and HCM ecosystem integrations is a plus • Experience with international implementations and large-scale environments is a plus • Collaborative team player • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach • Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
