📋 Description

• Lead strategic projects in the Finance (Tax Reform) and Human Resources areas. • Ensure planning, execution and monitoring of initiatives. • Coordinate teams and manage stakeholders. • Ensure project delivery within established timelines and objectives. • Work in a global environment, collaborating with international teams. • Conduct meetings in English and foster alignment between business and technology areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English. • Solid experience as a Senior Project Manager in technology projects. • Experience managing projects related to Finance and/or Human Resources, preferably involving Tax Reform. • Experience with agile, traditional, or hybrid project management methodologies. • Ability to manage schedules, scope, risks, budget and stakeholders. • Excellent communication, organization, negotiation skills and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. • Soft skill: collaborative team player. • Strong communication and proactivity. • Sense of urgency and prioritization.
