• Provide support services for managing the portfolio of scheduled shutdown projects, costs and budgeting. • Draft and register new indicators and support the management of the Fertilizer assets in filling out the Results Management System (SIGER), keeping registered indicators up to date. • Draft documents, provide support to Management and register new standards. • Keep management standards up to date. • Monitor and report the performance of the Fertilizer assets in standardization management. • Manage the Action Plan control for nonconformity treatments and actions under Management responsibility. • Organize and record Coordination and Structuring Program meetings with the Fertilizer assets. • Respond to internal departments, providing explanations for financial variances and produce forecasts to meet spending plans. • Identify incorrect postings to cost objects or cost centers and reclassify them within the current month. • Carry out budget planning and monitoring (operational expenses and capital investment) with Planning activities, identification and allocation of active demands (investments, operations and expenses), and submit justifications for deviations in the approved project portfolio. • Create cost objects for active demands according to agreed priorities. • Monitor processes supporting procurement planning activities. • Collect accounting, tax and financial data and information for administrative processes. • Prepare various charts and reports. • Perform data collection and calculations. • Prepare letters, official communications and meeting minutes. • Manage and coordinate meeting schedules. • Prepare budgets related to the operational expenses of the maintenance shutdown Management. • Consolidate and present monitoring of financial results, performance, production and budget compliance of the Fertilizer assets. • Analyze, prepare and submit information related to the Cost Tree and Monitoring. • Analyze, prepare and submit information into the project performance control system. • Support preparation of the Strategic Plan, Business Plan and Management Plan. • Support preparation of the Annual Business Plan and enter Management information into SAP. • Present expenditure reports for the Fertilizer assets by company containing: • a. Measurement history for recent months and years; • b. Accumulated measurement by year and total; • c. Measurement balance; • d. Present as a bar chart using the template provided by PETROBRAS; • e. Remaining term balance; • f. Risk analysis of exhausting the balance or contractual term; • g. Tax ID (CNPJ); • h. SAP number; • i. Corporate name. • Keep cost and investment indicators updated in the Results Management System. • Estimate initial cost for active demands, inform the cost analyst to monitor the current portfolio in accordance with PNG/PAN, and close demands with formal notification to the client transferring responsibilities and accounting write-off. • Provide monthly support for any accounting adjustments of incorrect expenditures in PGC cost objects (corrections within the month of competence). • Support monthly monitoring of the budget execution for operational expenses of the PGC PAN. • Support the determination and collection of personnel cost allocations by extracting reports from the SAP ERP. • Query expenditure databases by cost centers and cost classes via SAP ERP. • Prepare and update spreadsheets with information related to monitoring and tracking projects. • Track project timelines and costs in the portfolio. • Prepare presentations, reports and management dashboards to report information on scheduled shutdown projects. • Support execution and monitoring of control processes related to the Fixed Assets macroprocess, subject to annual audits under the Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX), including generation of the monthly project list, communication with external bodies and organization of evidence to meet audit requests.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Administrative Studies • MBA in Business Management or Logistics Management preferred • Minimum of 7 years proven experience in related activities • Preferred at least 7 years’ experience in operational units such as power generation, gas processing, refineries, fertilizer plants and/or petrochemical facilities • MBA in management or related fields preferred • Proficiency in the following tools: SAP, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
