• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales-qualified leads • Execute multi-channel outreach activities, including phone calls, emails and LinkedIn messages • Manage initial customer relationships and ensure qualified appointments • Maintain internal CRM processes (Salesforce), including logging activities, updating account details, market feedback and lead qualification information • Measure and document daily sales activities and performance • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales and/or Inside Sales teams • Learn, use and help shape our lead qualification and sales processes • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads to ensure pipeline targets are met
• Passion for new business sales and prospecting • Over 2 years’ experience selling leading-edge IT technologies, solutions and services • Hardworking and motivated to achieve a high volume of daily outbound activities while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude • Experience in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach and new-business prospecting • Competitive, goal-oriented and team-focused with a strong drive to succeed • High affinity for software and technology, including CRM and sales engagement tools • Ability to work under pressure, organize tasks effectively and prioritize • Creative and strategic thinker • German language skills required / Must speak German
