📋 Description

• Process payroll for a diverse client portfolio • Collect variable payroll data • Prepare payslips and social security declarations under multiple collective bargaining agreements • Manage employee administration from onboarding through offboarding • Monitor employment and social legislation across multiple collective bargaining agreements • Act as the primary point of contact for portfolio clients • Advise business owners and company directors • Make an active contribution to the agency’s advisory services • Collaborate with the Social Services team at the Bayonne office

🎯 Requirements

• Professional qualification in payroll management • 3–4 years of experience as a payroll manager • Previous experience in an accounting firm is preferred • Proficiency in Silae payroll software • Proficiency with an internal document management system (DMS) and Microsoft Office tools • Curious, dynamic, and detail-oriented • Strong interest in digital technologies • Motivated to develop expertise in client advisory and, in the longer term, people management • Strong teamwork skills • Position open to candidates with disabilities
