📋 Description

• Advise and support clients on all employment law matters • Manage and monitor individual procedures, particularly disciplinary proceedings and employment terminations • Draft and ensure the legal compliance of company agreements • Prepare mandatory employment-related documents • Organize and monitor employee representative elections • Conduct employment audits and legal monitoring assignments • Support payroll administrators with legal questions they encounter • Collaborate with the firm’s various departments to provide clients with comprehensive, high-quality support

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree (equivalent to a French Master 2) in Employment Law • Proven initial experience, ideally within an accounting firm, law firm, or a similar environment • Excellent writing skills and strong legal rigor • Strong customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills • Intellectual curiosity and analytical ability • Autonomy, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset • Proficiency in office software and legal research databases
