📋 Description

• Advise and support clients on all employment law matters • Manage and monitor individual procedures, particularly disciplinary proceedings and employment contract terminations • Draft and help ensure the legal compliance of company agreements • Prepare mandatory employment-related documentation • Organize and monitor employee representative elections • Conduct employment law audits and legal monitoring assignments • Support payroll administrators with legal questions they encounter • Collaborate with the firm's various departments to provide clients with comprehensive, high-quality support

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Employment Law • Initial successful experience, ideally within an accounting firm, law firm, or similar environment • Excellent drafting skills and strong legal rigor • Customer-service orientation and strong interpersonal skills • Intellectual curiosity and analytical ability • Autonomy, organizational skills, and a strong team spirit • Proficiency in office software and legal research databases
