📋 Description

• Shape the solution direction with the revenue team and own bringing the agreed idea to life within the client’s budget and timeline • Design and build the core solution directly using modern AI-assisted tools • Iterate quickly while developing the product • Bring in and coordinate technical, data, design, and other specialists as needed • Consult the Solution Architect on architecture, security, and scalability decisions • Build simple, robust products that fit real user workflows • Test the product with real usage, identify shortcomings, and refine it within the agreed scope • Turn client-focused directions into working products that answer real business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of personally building and shipping products or tools used by real users • Ability to turn a direction into a practical, robust product • Product judgment and pragmatic decision-making under uncertainty • Experience using AI coding and agent tools, or ability to learn them quickly • Ability to learn new domains quickly and work comfortably with ambiguity and short feedback loops • Native or C2-level Italian • Based in Italy • Demonstrated results and a portfolio of built things
