📋 Description

• Achieve business targets by delivering high quality designs within stipulated time. • Incorporate training and feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Ability to work in fast paced high volume production design environment. • Use existing tools and systems to design products. • Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and international teams. • Apply provided constructive feedback for personal development and growth. • Capability to work discreetly with highly confidential information such as reports, manuals and design.

🎯 Requirements

• B.E/B. Tech any stream. Mechanical & Civil preferred. • Proficiency in Inventor/SolidWorks is MUST, and a relevant certification is preferred. • Minimum 0-3 years of work experience in the field utilizing extensive use of SolidWorks and AutoCAD. • Swimming pool industry background preferred, but not necessary. • Proficient with MS Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint) applications. • Must demonstrate strong math, attention to details, time management and multi-tasking skills. • Self-motivated learner with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak season. • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze customer requirements. • Effective written and interpersonal communication abilities is must.
