📋 Description
• Working on WhatsApp based Remote Engagement Service (RES) • Answering queries through this platform and calling families as needed • Managing tech platforms related to Remote engagement service (like copilot, rapidpro) • Translating questions from regional languages to English for medical team • Documenting conversations as per protocols • Keeping Remote engagement service reports up to date on the drive • Conducting surveys as and when needed
🎯 Requirements
• Fresh candidates from BSC - nursing background can apply • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing one of these languages (Punjabi) • Proficiency in Hindi language will be preferred • Comfortable using android phones, laptop, web browsers, Gmail, and other popular online websites
