📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day HR onboarding activities on Oracle Cloud and Dayforce ERP • Work with the operations team on SRFs in Dayforce, employee ID requests, and HR operations tasks • Manage candidates in Oracle Fusion and Dayforce • Release offer letters and complete onboarding documentation and induction • Follow up with candidates to complete paperwork and resolve issues • Complete I-9 and E-Verify processes • Complete and follow up on background verification processes and send reports to stakeholders • Coordinate criminal, address, SSN, education, and employment verifications with the BGV company • Process PO and non-PO invoices in EXL PAY • Process invoices for BGV vendors and other EXL entities • Create new-hire forms and employee records in the ERP • Manage office systems, coordinate schedules, provide administrative support, supervise staff, prepare reports, implement policies, and maintain organizational communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/master’s degree in management (MBA preferred), economics, operations or related management areas • Minimum 3–5 years of US HR work experience • Strong and in-depth understanding of US HR onboarding process • Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes, US tax terms, and various types of visas • Fair hands-on experience and working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Experience maintaining MIS dashboards and trackers • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Oracle Fusion, and Dayforce ERP • Knowledge of US work visas • Knowledge of I-9 process and E-Verify • Knowledge of background verification for 7–10 years, including criminal, address, SSN, education, and employment verification • Knowledge of EXL PAY PO and non-PO invoice processes • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in the US EST time zone • Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment and take on challenging work
