📋 Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for international customers regarding Expatrio's products via email and phone • Support the customer support team • Provide excellent customer service • Verify customer documents • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and support customer support agents with ad-hoc tasks • Work with service partners to support customers
🎯 Requirements
• Some experience in customer support • Availability to work full-time • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken • Experience in the banking or health insurance industry is advantageous but not required • Ideally, some experience with helpdesk software such as Zendesk or similar tools
