📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries with warmth, speed, and precision • Run outbound follow-ups and reactivation campaigns using calls and texts • Quote accurately, confirm details, and lock next steps • Maintain clean pipelines and notes in CRM and Slack • Hit daily performance targets and improve close rate over time • After ramp-up, optionally support recruiting tasks including candidate calls, follow-ups, and confirmations • Speak with prospective customers, recommend the right service, ask for the booking, and follow up consistently • Help turn strong first experiences into recurring customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, stable WiFi • Quiet workspace for calls • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong phone presence • Comfortable with Slack, Google Sheets, and CRMs • High accountability and ability to follow structured processes • Strong typing and quick switching between tools • Reliable availability during work hours • No childcare or personal obligations during work hours • Ability to work part of the weekend after the training period • Availability for 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time, Saturday to Wednesday or Sunday to Thursday
