• Draft, review, and manage internal and external correspondence, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment with leadership objectives. • Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, anticipating needs and optimizing schedules for productivity. • Curate agendas, brief materials, and actionable summaries to ensure meetings are focused and productive. • Collaborate with teams across the organization, anticipating needs, solving problems, and driving initiatives forward. • Conduct research and synthesize information to provide strategic recommendations and context for decision-making. • Prepare reports, presentations, and insights that empower the CEO to make informed decisions quickly. • Support key initiatives by tracking progress, preparing briefs, and ensuring timely follow-ups, helping projects move forward efficiently. • Manage the CEO’s schedule strategically, optimizing time for high-impact decisions and priorities.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Partner, or similar role supporting senior leadership (minimum 2 years). • Excellent English proficiency (C1 level or above) • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, professional messages. • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using advanced digital tools for scheduling, project management, communication, and collaboration (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Calendly, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills. • Ability to make quick, informed decisions, prioritize competing demands, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment. • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions. • Proactive mindset: takes initiative, owns projects from start to finish, and drives results without constant oversight. • Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships while maintaining a strategic focus on executive priorities. • Comfortable performing executive-level tasks in a fully remote setup and able to work night shift schedules as needed. • Willingness and ability to use Insightful on the company-provided device to monitor work roadblocks, improve productivity, and optimize performance.
