📋 Description

• Support strategic planning cycles and OKR tracking; • Consolidate and monitor executive roadmaps for directorates; • Structure and monitor indicators (KPIs), scorecards and dashboards in partnership with the Data team; • Prepare executive presentations and materials for leadership forums; • Conduct performance analyses, identifying trends, risks and improvement opportunities; • Map, review and standardize processes and ways of working; • Support the evolution of Jira governance and the tools used by the VP; • Develop templates, playbooks and documentation to support teams; • Conduct Health Checks and support organizational maturity assessments; • Facilitate workshops, meetings and alignment sessions across different areas; • Identify opportunities for simplification and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Technology, or Business Administration; • Experience with Agile practices, governance, metrics, and process improvement; • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management frameworks; • Experience creating executive presentations and consolidating information for leadership; • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint; • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools; • Strong analytical skills and organizational ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
