• Remote position • Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) using software to evaluate property values • Perform financial analysis and spreadsheet work, especially for investors • Build and manage buyers lists; research, compile, and maintain information • Handle client communications via email and phone • Schedule and coordinate property showings • Research real estate market trends and provide insights • Manage administrative tasks: data entry, file organization, calendar management • Fill out buyer/seller lead sheets • Conduct skip tracing to find contact information • Update CRMs and cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc.) • Manage documents: compile contracts and obtain signatures • Oversee mailing list management • Provide support for additional responsibilities as assigned
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role • Previous experience in the real estate industry is preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite • Experience with Follow Up Boss (highly preferred) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to multitask and work independently • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy • Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices
