📋 Description

• Develops, maintains and optimizes business-critical applications in the mainframe environment • Supports the operation of existing systems, analyzes and resolves technical incidents • Works closely with business units and technical teams to efficiently implement business requirements • Performs root-cause analysis, testing and incident management to ensure high software quality • Provides support for batch job control, job scheduling and database applications in the mainframe environment

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in developing and maintaining applications using COBOL • Knowledge of PL/1, Assembler and SQL is an advantage • Experience collaborating with business units, development teams and stakeholders • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical and Information Engineering, or a comparable qualification • Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills
