📋 Description

• Define and own test strategies, plans, scope, entry and exit criteria • Lead testing activities across infrastructure and technology deployment programmes • Coordinate SIT, UAT, pilot testing and production rollouts • Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) • Manage defects, risks and quality governance throughout the project lifecycle • Review and approve test evidence, test results and deployment readiness assessments • Coordinate testing milestone sign-offs and production deployment approvals • Define and maintain deployment runbooks, validation procedures and rollback plans • Ensure operational readiness, including monitoring, support processes and service transition • Prepare quality status reports and provide recommendations for Go/No-Go decisions • Drive automation-first and quality engineering practices where appropriate • Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Test Manager, particularly within infrastructure or technology transformation programmes • Experience testing infrastructure, cloud, network, end-user computing, workplace technology, platforms or migration initiatives • Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, test automation and shift-left practices • Experience defining test strategies, acceptance criteria and quality gates • Strong experience with SIT, UAT, pilot deployments and production rollouts • Experience with defect management, risk management and quality governance • Experience creating deployment validation, rollback and operational readiness plans • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery models • Applicants must already be residing in Portugal; this is mandatory
