📋 Description

• Advise clients on the development, optimization and operation of software solutions • Support clients and development teams in analyzing technical challenges, maintaining and further developing business-critical applications • Provide guidance on technical design and architecture in collaboration with development teams • Coordinate with project managers and business units • Mentor and support development teams • Assist with the maintenance and further development of mainframe applications

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in development with COBOL • Ideally experience with PL/I, Assembler or SQL • Experience collaborating with business units and development teams • Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical and Information Engineering or a comparable qualification • Very good German language skills (at least C1) • Good English skills • Confident use of z/OS, TSO/ISPF, JCL, IBM DB2, IBM MQSeries, CICS as well as host and peripheral systems • Ideally experience with insurance processes • Experience in controlling, monitoring and scheduling batch processes
