📋 Description

• Lead the product lifecycle end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and continuous evolution • Prioritize and manage the backlog, ensuring a balance between business value, technical feasibility and timelines • Write and refine user stories and clear acceptance criteria together with the development team • Translate life insurance business rules (coverages, premium, sum insured, surrender value, advance/accelerated benefits) into product requirements • Act as a liaison between business areas, actuarial, underwriting, claims, technology and stakeholders • Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review) and support the team in removing impediments • Monitor and validate deliveries through user acceptance testing (UAT) • Define and track product metrics to support data-driven decisions • Ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements (SUSEP) and the products' general terms and conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Owner with a hands-on profile • Knowledge of individual life insurance products, with emphasis on Whole Life — permanent/lifetime policies with surrender value and living benefits • Familiarity with product concepts: basic and optional coverages, premium, sum insured, critical illness, disability, advance/accelerated benefits, policy settlement and surrender • Experience managing a backlog, writing user stories and prioritizing work • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing user support • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business areas and cross-functional teams • Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to product decisions
