• Work directly on building software development tools • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of the new Spec Driven Development (SDD) process • Serve as a bridge between agile development, architectural guidelines, and the use of AI Agents • Ensure tools work seamlessly together to optimize the software engineering workflow and increase team productivity
