📋 Description

• Identify opportunities and deliver solutions in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Business teams • Deeply understand different customer profiles by analyzing data and behaviors to improve our products • Define and prioritize the product roadmap with the team, ensuring strategic alignment • Write user stories and participate in product development, ensuring clarity in the backlog and acceptance criteria • Conduct market and competitor research, providing strategic insights • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure expected outcomes are achieved • Lead workshops and ideation sessions, such as creating customer journeys and prototyping solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience working with digital products — experience in the hosting segment is a plus • Results-oriented: you measure and optimize the impact of your initiatives • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams, especially with Design and Engineering • Knowledge of agile development and a mindset focused on continuous improvement • Analytical ability: experience collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions • Advanced English.
